The Westgate Village Condominium Association, conveniently located in Nashua, NH, consists of one hundred and fifty-nine (159) townhomes in thirty-four (34) buildings across five (5) streets: Cortez Drive, Redwood Circle, Silverton Drive, Spring Cove Road and Valencia Drive.
The Westgate Village Condominium Association is managed by Great North Property Manager, Marlena Burns and has a monthly maintenance fee of: $431 (2025).
There is no leased land anywhere in Westgate Village.
The Westgate Village Condominium Association (WVCA) is part of the larger Westgate Village Homeowners Association (WGVHOA), which consists of one hundred ninety-eight (198) single family houses, sixty (60) garden style units of the Candlewood Park Condominium Association, and the one hundred and fifty-nine (159) town homes.
The Westgate Village Homeowners Association maintains the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, ball field, ponds, and both entrances to Westgate Crossing and various other parcels of land within the village. The Westgate Village Homeowners Association is managed by Great North Property Manager, Sharon Sanborn. All residents are assessed an annual fee of $395 (2025) by the WGVHOA.
